CHECK-IN from 4.00 pm | If you intend arriving after 6.00 pm, please give us a call.

CHECK-OUT by 10.00 am | Feel free to use the showers in our spa area after check-out on the day of your departure after having enjoyed an outdoor activity or a relaxing stroll.

E-charging station

Sustainability has always been a top priority for us, which is why we offer two chargeable Type 2 e-charging stations for our guests. These are of course operated with 100% renewable energy.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome upon request at an extra charge of € 22.00 (without food).

Deposit & Payment

A deposit of 20 % of the total amount is required upon confirmation of the booking.

The invoiced amount shall be paid by bank transfer into the bank account mentioned above.

Cancellation Terms & Terms and Conditions 

Our general cancellation conditions apply to all other reasons for cancellation:

Cancellations up to 40 days before arrival free of charge
Cancellations from 39 days to 31 days before arrival 40% of the total package price
Cancellations from 30 days to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total package price
Cancellation less than one week before arrival 90% of the total package price
for NonRef rates 100% of the travel price
Otherwise, all bookings will be made on the basis of the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hospitality Industry.

Cancellations are only accepted in written form!

European Travel Insurance

You have booked your family holiday, planned your journey and everybody is in anticipation of the stay in the family paradise.

However, please remember that an unexpected accident or illness may prevent you from going on holidays. Therefore, it is advisable to subscribe a travel insurance that will cover the costs and charges arising from a cancellation.
